Emma has led production across some of the biggest and most high-profile shows and events in the industry, spanning entertainment, live, sport and documentaries.

With over 20 years’ experience, she has overseen all aspects of production on major projects including The Voice, Dancing on Ice, Rugby World Cup, the Invictus Games, Freddie’s Field of Dreams On Tourand Flintoff for Disney, as well as many other large-scale and returning productions.

She is passionate about building strong, collaborative teams and is known for bringing production and editorial together to create engaging, high-impact content. Emma places positive culture at the heart of every production, delivering at scale while supporting both creative ambition and operational excellence.

Prior to BOLDPRINT, Emma was Head of Production at South Shore, where she oversaw a broad slate of programming, leading production strategy and supporting the delivery of a wide range of successful series.
