Marco has a strong background in writing, design, video editing, and motion graphics, having previously worked as a Creative Production Intern at The Walt Disney Company. He began his career in development after participating in the Creative Access x ScreenSkills mentorship programme, aimed at supporting under-represented communities. Following this, Marco joined MultiStory Media as a sizzle editor for the development team, then progressing to Development Researcher and Development Assistant Producer. He has contributed to the development of entertainment formats such as Scared of the Dark (Channel 4) and Project Icon (BBC Three), as well as documentaries including Revenge Porn: Georgia vs Bear (ITV2).
