Phoebe is an experienced Development Producer working across the full range of genres, from entertainment and reality to factual. She is a format specialist and idea generator.

Most recently, she created and produced The Marvellous Miniature Workshop for BBC One (RTS Award Nominated).

Prior to joining Boldprint, she was a key member of MGM Alternative, spending five years in the development team establishing the UK office and working closely with teams in LA and New York. At MGM, she worked across development and production for all commissions for UK and international channels and streamers.

Phoebe started her career at Banijay, as a Brightbulb Development Intern, and is passionate about welcoming the next generation into TV.
