Dan Gray joins as Head of Programmes, and Jack Adcock promoted to Head of Development.
BOLDPRINT Studios has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of Dan Gray as Head of Programmes, and the promotion of Jack Adcock to Head of Development, as the company continues to grow its slate.
In his newly created role, Dan will oversee the delivery of BOLDPRINT’s current programming slate, while working closely with the development team to drive the company’s unscripted offering globally.
Dan joins BOLDPRINT with 20-years of experience and a strong track record of originating and delivering hit formats across all major UK networks. Most recently at Twofour, he Executive Produced award-winning BBC dating show I Kissed a Boy and developed and Executive Produced I Kissed a Girl and ITV reality competition The Heat. He has launched and grown many other returning brands including The Real Housewives (ITV and NBC) and Celebs Go Dating (Channel 4). His extensive credits also include The Circle (Channel 4), Sing On! (Netflix), Come Dine With Me (Channel 4) and The Only Way is Essex (ITV).
Jack has been with BOLDPRINT since 2024 and steps up following his success as Development Executive building the company’s early slate. During his time at the company, he has played a key role in the creation of Channel 4’s award winning, Swiped: The School that Banned Smartphones, and Amazon’s upcoming Would You Rather: Decide to Survive.
Prior to joining BOLDPRINT, Jack held roles at ITV Studios, Fulwell 73 and Rumpus Media, developing and producing a wide range of high-profile titles including Ed Sheeran: The Sum of it All (Disney+), Jonas Brothers Family Roast (NeZlix), Mary Berry’s Highland Christmas (BBC 1), double BAFTA-nominated Late Night Lycee (Channel 4), CelebAbility (ITV2) and Ninja Warrior (ITV).
